What is the return policy?

You are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days for our new products, if there is an issue with your purchase.

Pre-Owned items ; These items are second hand, this means that they may have general ware.

The items we list on our site, are condition checked beforehand. We would deem the item as either "Excellent " or in " Good " condition.

The product must be sent back in its original packaging including the paperwork. The product must not have any signs of use and damage.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.




When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Majority of our products are made in our workshop, in London.

Our hollow items (A few of our pendants and all earrings) are machine made goods therefore produced abroad.

We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Please remember customs duty payments are at customers’ responsibility and such payments are not refundable by Touch of Gold.
